准格尔煤田高铝煤炭资源特征初探

Characteristics of High alumina Coal Resources in Jungar Coal Field

摘要:

   本文在准格尔煤田的地质背景、煤层、煤质分析的基础上,借助化学分析和X射线粉末衍射分析(XRD)对准格尔煤田高铝煤炭的化学组分和矿物成分进行了测试,并对高铝煤炭氧化铝含量的变化规律进行了研究。研究表明,准格尔煤田只有6、9号煤层全区可采,其中6号煤层厚度平均为12m,呈北厚南薄的变化趋势;9号煤层位厚度平均为2.94m,由北向南逐渐变薄。煤中的Al2O3来源于含铝矿物高岭石和勃姆石,6号煤层在黑岱沟勘探区煤中Al2O3含量最高,9号煤层在孔兑沟勘探区煤中Al2O3的含量最高。研究还发现,绝大部分矿井的煤中镓元素含量超过了最低工业品位,高铝煤炭的形成与成煤地质条件有关。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the geological background, coal seam and coal, the chemical and mineral compositions of high alumina coal in Jungar was analyzed by chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the varation of the content of alumina in the coal was studied in this paper. It was found that only No.6 and No.9 coal seam could be recoverable in the whole region, the average thickness of No.6 coal seam was 12m, and the northern of the seam was thicker than the southern; the average thickness of No.9 was 2.94m, and gradually thinning from north to south; the alumina component in the coal was come from the mineral: kaolinite and boehmite. In the No.6 coal seam, the coal in Heidaigou exploration area contains the highest concentration of Al2O3 , while in the No.9 coal seam, the coal in Kongduigou exploration area was the highest. It was also found that the content of gallium element of the coal in majority mine, was exceeded to the minimum industrial grade; and the formation of high alumina coal was affected on the coal geological conditions.
